PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyance device which can accurately notifying of the replacement timing by correctly grasping the deterioration state of a handling roller.SOLUTION: A sheet conveyance device which conveys sheets delivered with double-feeding from a sheet bundle one by one by handing the sheets with a handling nip part N between a sheet feeding roller 35 and a handling roller 36, images the next sheet S2 handled by the handling roller 36 with an area sensor 301 of an imaging unit 300, acquires a projection amount of the next sheet tip of the next sheet S2 from the handling nip part N by detecting the tip edge from the image data, determines the deterioration state of the handling roller 36 on the basis of the projection amount of the next sheet, and displays a warning in accordance with the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
