Abstract:
To properly perform sheet conveyance control involving acceleration process.SOLUTION: In a device according to one aspect of the disclosure, a conveyance roller 20 conveys a sheet drawn from a sheet roll. A first motor 71 rotates the conveyance roller. A second motor 61 rotates the sheet roll. A controller 50 controls the first and second motors to control movement and a tensile force of the sheet. The controller estimates required acceleration torque of the second motor based on a rotation acceleration of the conveyance roller. The controller calculates a feed-forward operation quantity for the second motor based on the estimated acceleration torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
