This device includes a driving feeding roller 11 and a subordinate feeding roller 12 which rotates with rotation of the driving feeding roller 11. The feeding rollers 11 and 12 hold a sheet W, and rotate to feed the sheet W out toward the downstream direction in accordance with rotation of the feeding rollers 11 and 12. A branch guide block 20 is provided at near the downstream side of the holding point of the sheet W which is held by the driving feeding roller 11 and the subordinate feeding roller 12, and the subordinate feeding roller 12 moves around the outer circumference of the driving feeding roller 11. In the branch guide block 20, one part is cut as a notch, and a flank 21 is formed to avoid contact with the subordinate feeding roller 12 moving around. In addition, at the tip surface of the branch guide block 20, a conveying guide surface 22 is formed as a notch to guide the sheet W fed out at the position at which the subordinate feeding roller 12 moves around in a prespecified feeding direction.
