Abstract:
To surely cut a sheaf of sheets by improving the cutting detection accuracy at the end of cutting the sheaf of sheets.
This sheet cutter H includes: a cutting blade 80 for cutting a sheaf of bookbinding sheets P3; a mat 94 for receiving the sheaf of bookbinding sheets cut by the cutting blade; a cutting motor 83 for operating the cutting blade to cut the sheets; a current detecting sensor 98 for detecting the cutting load of the cutting motor 83; an ROM storing the load current value when the cutting blade cuts the sheets to be cut and reaches the mat as a cutting completion current value; and a CPU 200 for stopping the cutting operation of the cutting motor when the present load current value reaches the cutting completion current value.
