Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutter capable of performing safety cutting operation by securing safety of a finger different from a finger performing the cutting operation in operation holding a sheet on a placing table.SOLUTION: A press operation member causing a cut object to be depressed from a non-pressing position to a pressing position against biasing means for holding the cut object on a placing surface and a cut operation member causing a cutter unit to travel from one end to the other end of a placing surface are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other and have operation directions perpendicular to each other at different positions. Hereby, the cut operation member is operated by the other hand (a horizontal direction) in a state of the press operation member being operated by one hand (a vertical direction) for the cut object such as a sheet on the placing surface. Accordingly, when operating by one hand, erroneous damage of a finger of the other hand is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
