To prevent a sheet to be delivered from coming into contact with each equipment component so as to prevent impairment thereof, regarding sheet delivering equipment whereby the sheet sent out from sheet feeding equipment sequentially is delivered to the equipment of the subsequent process in a sheet-fed press.

The sheet delivering equipment 2 delivers the sheet 1 sent from the sheet feeding equipment 10, to the equipment of the subsequent process, and it is equipped with a swing arm 7 having a swing end that swings between the sheet feeding equipment and the equipment of the subsequent process and with grippers 5 provided at the swing end of the swing arm 7 and holding the sheet 1. The equipment 2 is provided with pneumatic guides 4A, 40, 41 and 54 that guide the sheet 1 through a prescribed course in no contact therewith so that the sheet 1 may not interfere with the equipment components of the delivering equipment 2.
