To provide a sheet delivery device capable of securing sheet delivery conveying force and preventing roller marks from being left on sheets, and to provide an image forming device.

A plurality of driven rollers 19 are brought into pressure contact with a plurality of roller bodies 28a coaxially provided at a roller shaft 28c of a paper delivery roller 28, and a stiffening means 28b larger in diameter than the roller bodies 28a is provided coaxially with the plurality of roller bodies 28a and between the roller bodies 28a. The sheet clamped and conveyed by the roller bodies 28a and the driven roller 19 is pressed down by the stiffening means 28b to stiffen the sheet. A small diameter part is formed at the stiffening means 28b to reduce press-down force by the stiffening means 28b.
