PURPOSE: To adjust back and forth positions of a third sheet by canceling a lock, which is made by projecting a latch pin of a second lock material, by flapping a sheet cushion of the third sheet to sheet back side whereby moving the third sheet to a range where it is impossible to sit on a fixed rail.
CONSTITUTION: One side of a bracket 81 fixing a striker 83 is engaged with a recess 75a of a operation plate 75 and the operation plate 75 is made to be turned to the counterclockwise direction, when a sheet cushion 5 is flapped to the sheet back side. When the operation plate 75 is turned to the counterclockwise direction, an operation pin 63a, which is inserted into an arcuate groove 77 of the operation plate 75, is pressed upward against the energizing force of a spring. When a latch pin 63 is pressed upward against the energizing force of the spring, the engagement between the lower end of the latch pin 63 of a second lock material 61 and the end part of an emboss groove 7a is canceled so that a third sheet 3 can be moved to a range where it is impossible to sit on a fixed rail 7.
