Abstract:
To improve operability in rising of a discharge stopper in a sheet discharge device provided with the discharge stopper capable of rotating over a position where it rises.SOLUTION: An image formation device 1 provided with a sheet discharge device comprises: a discharge tray 25; a discharge stopper 61 which swings among a first position where it is housed in the discharge tray 25, a second position where it rises from the first position for regulating a discharged sheet S, and a third position at a side opposite to the first position sandwiching the second position; a holding member 62 capable of displacing between a fourth position where it is not brought into contact with the discharge stopper 61 at the first position and is brought into contact with the discharge stopper 61 at the second position to hold the discharge stopper 61 and a fifth position where it is brought into contact with the discharge stopper 61 at the third position; a spring 64 which energizes the holding member 62 from the fifth position toward the fourth position; and a regulation member 63 for regulating the holding member 62 to the fourth position against the energizing force of the spring 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
