To provide a dispenser which can be arranged on the back or the wrist or the horizontal or vertical face of one's hand.
The dispenser capable of taking out a sheet one by one from a stack of sheets coated with an adhesive comprises a first housing portion and the second housing portion, the second housing portion is equipped with the second top side wall portion being attached to the first housing portion, and the second top side wall section can move between a normal position and an opened position. The top side wall portion forms an opening portion which discharges the sheet between its ends in the standard position, and the second top side wall portion can insert the stack of the sheets into a cavity portion by spacing the first top side wall portion in the opened position. The dispenser is equipped with an attaching means adapted for releasably attaching the dispenser to a plurality of retaining means. This attaching means includes a strap for fixing the dispenser to a user's wrist, a supporting member for making it to be retained between the fingers, a weighted base, an adhesive and a base being attached to the surface by the means, such as a suction cup or a magnetic material.
