The envelope-preparing sheet 50 enables the acquisition of an envelope for distributing to an individual and a copy for a company's use at the same time by printing on the sheet for printing and by a simple operation as to peel off part of the sheet for printing from a base sheet and fold over the remaining sheet. Further, as a third micro-perforation 75 is formed on the base sheet, it is possible to separate part of the base sheet along the third micro-perforation 75 after the envelope is opened. Accordingly, unneeded parts can be easily removed from the unsealed envelope, a delivery note, for example, can be favorably stored.
