Also, grooves 8 are formed on the chucking surfaces 6 and 7, so as to extend in a Y-direction orthogonal with the sheet expanding direction X. Furthermore, an annular handle 16 is provided so as to extend back from the operation lever 2, and this handle 16 can be held and pulled by both hands. As a result, a user does not have a feeling of fatigue in his/her hands, and a performance does not drop, regardless of a long-term work. Also, the use of the handle 16 allows an easy pulling work, and a sheet can be pulled with a strong force. At the same time, the sheet can be expanded without any dislocation.
