Abstract:
To provide a sheet feeding device that can selectively feed sheets to a preset position while saving an installation space and sufficiently securing an working area for operation and maintenance at the same time.
In the sheet feeding device, a sheet carrying passage is provided for feeding the sheets from two opposite feeding directions to a predetermined processing position. At least part of a carrying guide constituting the passage is a movable guide whose guide face is position (angle attitude and height position) displaceable when guiding sheets. On the movable guide, a shift means (a guide shift means) is provided for displacing the position of the guide face depending on the feeding directions of the sheets.
