Abstract:
To provide a sheet folder capable of folding a sheet by a simple arrangement.SOLUTION: A sheet folder comprises a transport path for transporting a sheet, a first roller pair that is provided on the transport path and transports the sheet along the transport path by rotation, a second roller pair that is provided at a location on the transport path downstream in a transport direction of a setup location of the first roller pair and transports the sheet along the transport path by rotation, and a control unit that controls the first roller pair and the second roller pair. When Z-folding the sheet to be transported along the transport path, the control unit allows the first roller pair to rotate at a first speed and the second roller to rotate at a second speed lower than the first speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
