Abstract:
To provide a sheet folding device and a sheet folding method that can prevent poor folding of an adhesive sheet as much as possible.SOLUTION: A sheet folding device EA includes bending portion forming means 10 in which abutting means 11 is brought into contact with one surface AS1 of an adhesive sheet AS, the adhesive sheet AS is folded back, and the surfaces AS1 are opposed to each other to form a bent portion AS2, and folding means 20 in which the adhesive sheet AS on which the bent portion AS2 is formed is crimped and one surfaces AS1 are brought into contact with each other to fold the adhesive sheet AS, and the bent portion forming means 10 is equipped with spraying means 13 that blows gas onto the inner surface of the bent portion AS2 which is the one surface AS1 side of the adhesive sheet AS in the bent portion AS2 when the abutting means 11 is pulled out from the adhesive sheet AS on which the bent portion AS2 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
