Abstract:
To provide a sheet folding device capable of strongly folding a sheet but reducing damage onto the sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet folded by sheet folding means is conveyed to a pair of first additional folding rollers 171, a pair of conveying rollers 174, and a pair of second additional folding rollers 172 which are arranged in order in a conveying direction; a rotational shaft of the pair of conveying rollers 174 is arranged orthogonal to the conveying direction; the pair of first additional folding rollers 171 are arranged inclined to a shaft orthogonal to the conveying direction, and the pair of second additional folding rollers 172 are arranged so as to be inclined oppositely to the pair of first additional folding rollers 171 with respect to the shaft orthogonal to the conveying direction; the respective dimensions in a rotary shaft direction are set shorter than a width of the sheet; and the pair of conveying rollers 174 can move in parallel in the rotary shaft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
