Abstract:
To provide a sheet folding device having a high function and high efficiency by providing a saddle-stitching and middle folding function and a single sheet folding function for double-folding and Z-folding to the single sheet.SOLUTION: In a sheet folding device, the number of sheets stored in storing means is recognized, and when one sheet is stored, without positioning to a binding processing position, after positioning at a pushing processing position, a prescribed folding position in the carrying direction of the stored sheet pushed by a pushing member from one position in the thickness direction to the other position is nipped by a nipping part to perform non-binding processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
