Abstract:
To provide a pack cosmetic which is characterized by the absence of dripping, even with a high liquid content, a sebum removal effect through inclusion function of amylose, an excellent usability, functionality and texture, etc.
The pack cosmetic is prepared by impregnating a soft, water-insoluble gel sheet made of amylose with a liquid cosmetic to achieve a water absorption of ≥200 wt.%, wherein the amylose comprises enzymatically synthesized α-1,4-glucan. The sheet form pack cosmetic becomes softer and achieves a high water absorption when containing a plasticizer.
