Abstract:
To provide a sheet gripper of which the vibration is minimized.
In regard to a gripper 5 for carrying a sheet in a sheet-fed rotary press, a leaf spring 9 for generating a holding power between the gripper 5 and a gripper pad 6 is provided between the gripper 5 borne swingably on a swingable gripper shaft and a tightening member 8 disposed immovably on the gripper shaft. The leaf spring 9 comes into contact with a curved surface and thereby a declining line of spring characteristics is obtained, and opening and closing of the gripper 5 is made gentle.
