Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve alignment of the side of sheet irrespective of a property and size of paper by providing a plate spring acting on the uppermost sheet in the direction of crossing the direction of feed of the uppermost sheet by spring stress and returning to a rear part on a surface of a guide plate against spring stress by deforming on the side facing an alignment fringe of a sheet pile.
SOLUTION: A deformable plate spring 7 is arranged on a guide plate 5 on the side facing a side aligning fringe of a sheet. The plate spring 7 acts on the uppermost sheet by spring stress in the direction of crossing the direction of feed of the uppermost sheet of a sheet pile 2. Further, since the plate spring 7 can change the form and return to a rear part of a surface 8 guiding a sheet on the guide plate 5 against spring stress, the sheet pile 2 can be lifted by the guide plate 5 without being obstructed. A clamping projection 10 for fixing the plate spring 7 is engaged with a locking part 11, for example, a hole of the guide plate 5 and can be speedily changed to adapt to a property and size of paper to be printed.
