The sheet handling device has a first full loading detection flag 105 having fulcrum on an upper part of a delivery roller 45 and abutting and turning on an edge of the sheet conveyed in the downstream side of a sheet delivery port; and a second full loading detection flag 106 positioned in a downstream side of the delivery roller 45 and in an upstream side of the first full loading detection flag 105, having fulcrum on an upper part of the delivery roller 45 and abutting and turning on a leading end of the sheet conveyed in the downstream side of the delivery roller 45. These flags are linked (interlocked) with each other and an abutment surface 105a of the sheet of the second full loading detection flag 106 can be retreated to the downstream side of an abutment surface 106b of the first full loading detection flag 106.
