Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correct identification method of various goods using monosaccharide and rare sugar.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 has: a printed square frame 2; a separation line formed to allow cut-off of a slide piece 3 having a constant width and length; structural formulae of two monosaccharides not superimposed mutually concerning one asymmetric carbon atom belonging to all monosaccharides having the total number of 59 and constituting a skeleton inside the square frame 2; a printed incomplete monosaccharide structural formula without displaying an OH group and hydrogen coupled to one asymmetric carbon atom; and a plurality of break holes 5 having a width and interval allowing passage of the separated slide piece 3 taken in/out to be sewed at the position of the asymmetric carbon atom. In the separable slide piece 3, a HO and an OH arrangeably displayed by alternately, horizontally or vertically replacing an OH group and hydrogen coupled to a carbon atom around the carbon atom are printed concerning one asymmetrical carbon for completing the structural formulae of the two monosaccharides.
