The sheet 1 for hidden card as hidden information bearer has information pieces 5, 6 disposed via perforations 3, 4 for folding or cutting on a hiding piece 2, a peelable weak adhesion part 7 and hardly peelable strong adhesion parts 8a, 8b are disposed and are covered with a peeling sheet 15 on one surface of the hiding piece 2, one surface sides of the respective information pieces 5, 6 serve as duplicate writing surfaces and are covered with separable duplicate pieces 20, 21, the hidden information written in expression surfaces of the copy pieces 20, 21 are made to be duplicated and written on the duplicate writing surfaces, one of the information pieces 20, 21 is selected, the hidden information is duplicated and written, when the hidden information bearer is formed, an address display is disposed so as to correspond to the expression surface and micro perforations 28, 29 for opening are disposed so as to correspond to parts along the inner sides of the strong adhesion parts 8a, 8b.
