PURPOSE: To obtain a high quality skin-integrally molded sheet maintaining a standing fur tone by generating neither deterioration of the quality nor falling down of the fur by a method wherein a cushion material pad is bonded to a skin cover via a conductive adhesive which is melted by induction heating.
CONSTITUTION: A skin cover 2 is set to a bottom force 1 having an upper surface shape as an object to a surface shape of a seating part so that its rear surface side becomes upward. A cushion material pad 3 is pressed from an upside with a top force 4 so that upper surface is opposed to the upper surface of the bottom force 1. At that time, a conductive adhesive 5 is put between the cushion material pad 3 and the skin cover 2 and further an induction heating coil 7 is arranged on a required adhesive surface. Then, the top force 4 moves downward to a bottom force 1 direction while holding the cushion material pad 3. The adhesive 5 is melted by heating under a state wherein the top force 4 presses the skin cover 2 and the adhesive 5 between the cushion material pad 3 and the bottom force 1, and the cushion material pad 3 of the seating part is bonded to the skin cover 2.
