PURPOSE: To improve the mirror property of a surface layer and enhance the designing property of embossed patterns and thus improve the productivity by effecting thermal bonding while holding the inner embossed configurations.
CONSTITUTION: Upon thermal bonding, the embossed patterns of a third plastic sheet layer 5 are fit-held without damaging into a second plastic sheet layer 3 that starts fusing earlier. A first plastic sheet layer 1 consists of a vinylchloride transparent sheet containing a plasticizer component of 0-9wt.%, and for making the inner emboss clear, the upper surface is turned into a mirror surface by the press bonding of a stainless steel sheet or the like. The second plastic sheet layer 3 consists of a vinylchloride transparent sheet containing a plasticizer component of 15-50wt.% and has a coated layer 2 containing a pearly pigment on its upper surface. The third plastic sheet layer 5 is composed of a vinylchloride sheet containing a plasticizer component of 10-40wt.% and having an upper surface embossed.
