Both end sides of a shaft 12 of a delivery cylinder 10 are provided with an impeller member 15 integrally turning with the shaft 12. Air inside the delivery cylinder 10 is discharged to the outside of the impeller member 15 in the radial direction by the impeller 15. The impeller member 15 is covered by a cylindrical cover 30 provided with an opening part 33 communicating with a duct 25. Air discharged to the inside of the duct 25 is supplied to a lateral air guide 20 provided at a lower side of the delivery cylinder 10, and is discharged from air discharge nozzles 22a, 22b. The air discharge nozzle 22a discharges air along an upper face 21 toward a left end side of the delivery cylinder 10, and the air discharge nozzle 22b discharges air along the upper face 21 toward the right end side along the delivery cylinder 10.
