Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like coil component, manufacturing method therefor and lens driving device with the sheet-like coil component, capable of achieving a wiring pattern with a desired thin film thickness and efficiently generating a magnetic force by an electric current given to a coil while suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A coil conductor includes: a conductive ink layer formed as a coil-like wiring pattern along a plane; a conductor layer with a plating layer formed by overlapping on a conductive ink layer; and an insulation layer with insulation quality. The conductor layer and the insulation layer are alternately overlapped on a conductor formation surface a plurality of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
