Abstract:
To prepare a sheet-like cosmetic sustaining a dry and smooth feeling of the skin without imparting a dry and rough feeling to the skin.
This sheet-like cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a sheet-like substrate with a nonaqueous solution containing (a) silicone powder having rubber elasticity and (b) an oil.
