To provide a sheet-like foam for adhesion in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by coating a foam as a base material with a re-activating hot-melt type adhesive and thus no releasing paper is required and production efficiency, handling properties and the like can remarkably be improved, and a method for producing this.

In producing the sheet-like foam for adhesion comprising the sheet-like foam 12 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 formed on at least one surface of the foam 12, and being stuck on a required object to be stuck through this adhesive layer 14, the adhesive layer 14 is formed of the re-activating hot-melt type adhesive.
