To extract a sheet-like member from a web roll and correct a tension difference in the width direction of the sheet-like member before the extracted sheet-like member is processed.

A sheet-like member feeding device rotatably supports a web roll with respect to a frame. The device includes: a tension detection device for detecting a tension at the ends with respect to the width direction of the sheet-like member before being processed; an engaging roller engaged with the sheet-like member at an upstream side more than a processing unit in the path of the sheet-like member extracted; a support mechanism for supporting both ends of the engaging roller, the support mechanism displaceably supported to the frame such that an axial center of the engaging roller is made tiltable in the direction intersecting to the sheet surface of the sheet-like member engaged with the engaging roller; an actuator coupled with the support mechanism and displacing the support mechanism; and a drive control device for controlling drive of the actuator, based on the tension detected by the tension detection device.
