Abstract:
To provide a sheet loading device capable of loading sheets (bundle) loaded on a loading tray so as to cause a clearance between a sheet lower part side and a sheet loading face and detecting the sheets normally even if the clearance part occurs in a detection region of a light transmission type sensor detecting the sheets to load sheets stably.
Protruding parts 80, 81 higher than other section of the sheet loading face 61 are formed in sections shutting off each optical axis connecting each light emission part and each light receiving part mutually of the light transmission type sensors 65, 66 in a region including the sheet loading face 61 of the loading tray 60.
