Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet loading device that is able to detect that a distance between a regulating part and a loading part is shorter than a predetermined distance.SOLUTION: A sheet placement table 61 loads a sheet. A side-face restricting member 80 is movable in a sheet end direction in order to restrict an end of the sheet loaded on the sheet placement table 61. The lifter motor 333 can move the sheet placement table 61 in a height direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the side-face regulating member 80. The movable member 41 detects that the side-face regulating member 80 is located beyond a predetermined position in a direction approaching the sheet placement table 61. In a case where the detecting means detects that the side-face regulating member 80 is located beyond the predetermined position, the control part blocks movement of the sheet placement table 61 by the lifter motor 333.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
