To provide a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin not bringing about the staining or peeling of the pattern of a decorative sheet and not causing the loss of the pattern or the flaw of the pattern, its manufacturing method and a molded product comprising the sheet.

The sheet made of the thermoplastic resin is constituted by laminating a film having an optional pattern printed on one surface thereof on the glossy surface of a transparent sheet made of the thermoplastic resin so that the pattern comes into contact with the glossy surface. The sheet is manufactured by inserting the heated molten transparent sheet made of the thermoplastic resin extruded from a T-die in the nip between rolls 1 and 2 both of which are subjected to mirror surface treatment and inserting the film having the arbitrary pattern printed on one surface thereof in the nip between rolls 2 and 3 so that the pattern comes into contact with the glossy surface of the sheet when the molten sheet is taken over through the roll 3 to laminate the film to the sheet.
