Abstract:
To provide a sheet making product that reduces an anisotropy of bending strength when formed into a molded product.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheet making product containing a thermosetting resin and a single fiber. A fiber opening parameter Fof the sheet making product evaluated under following evaluation conditions is -0.25 or more and 0.25 or less. In the evaluation conditions, the sheet making product is heat-treated to form a B-stage cured product. The molded product is polished 100 μm from a surface to prepare a measurement surface, the measurement surface is observed with an optical microscope, and the fiber opening parameter Fis evaluated by a following equation. (Where n is a number of single fibers exposed on the measurement surface, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 400. αis an angle of i-th single fiber with respect to an arbitrarily set reference line among the n single fibers exposed on the measurement surface, and i is an integer of 1 to n.)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
