PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufacturing apparatus and a sheet manufacturing system which can easily manage and control.SOLUTION: The sheet manufacturing apparatus includes: a storage unit for storing information relating to sheet manufacture for manufacturing a sheet material from a material including fibers; and a communication unit that outputs the information. The storage unit stores the information by assigning an identifier to each object as a tree structure.
