To facilitate the regeneration and reutilization of a lining material by preventing foreign matter such as a staple or the like from remaining on the lining material when a sheet material is peeled from the lining material.
The induction heating corresponding type sheet material 9 comprises a sheet material (asphalt roofing 5) and the induction heating member (aluminum tape 8C) attached to the back surface thereof. The aluminum tape 8C includes a conductive material layer (aluminum foil 8a) and has a layer comprising a thermoplastic adhesive material 4 on its back surface side. The asphalt roofing 5 contains a bituminous substance layer such as a modified asphalt compound or the like to develop waterproof properties, and has a partition material layer provided on its back surface side. After the induction heating corresponding type sheet material 9 is laid and spread on the surface of the lining material (sheathing plywood 2), the aluminum foil 8a is subjected to electromagnetic induction heating from the surface side of the sheet material 9 to melt the thermoplastic adhesive material 4 to bond the induction heating corresponding type sheet material 9 to the sheathing plywood 2.
