Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange a cutting pattern P by matching patterns of a sheet material.SOLUTION: A sheet material cutting device 1 cuts a sheet material S in accordance with a cutting pattern P. A first pattern match point 21a and a second pattern match point 21b are set in the sheet material S, and a first virtual standard point 31a and a second virtual standard point 31b are set in the cutting pattern P. A camera 12 for photographing the pattern match points 21 moves integrally with a cutting head 6 so as to match the virtual standard points 31 to the pattern match points 21 of the sheet material S in every cutting pattern P. Due to the movement of the camera 12, the first pattern match point 21a is aligned with the first virtual standard point 31a, and the second pattern match point 21b is recognized. With the base point of the aligned first virtual standard point 31a, the cutting pattern P is rotated so as to align the second pattern match point 21b with the second virtual standard point 31b, and the cutting pattern P is arranged on the sheet material S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
