PURPOSE: To apply perforation machining and full-width cutting to a sheet material with one device by arranging a sawtooth fixed edge and a straight fixed edge face to face on the right and left of the rotating or rocking axis of a moving edge.

CONSTITUTION: The sheet material paper is inserted into a gap formed by tips of a moving edge 3 and tips of two fixed edges 1, 2, the moving edge 3 is rocked toward the sawtooth fixed edge 1, one tip of the moving edge 3 is pressed to the tip of the sawtooth fixed edge 1, and perforation machining is applied to the paper. The moving edge 3 is rocked to the straight fixed edge 2 side in the opposite direction to the perforation machining, the other tip of the moving edge 3 is pressed to the tip of the straight fixed edge 2, and the whole width of the paper is cut off into a smooth cut section.
