To provide an electret material which is high in sensitivity, wide in applicable temperature range, and easy to work.
A thermoplastic resin incorporated with a flat or scale-shaped filler is molded into a film or a sheet. In some case, before or after a plurality of the films or the sheets are laminated with a nonwoven fabric, by the application of a high direct-current voltage, the material easy to work and high in sensitivity is obtained.
