A receiving tray attitude regulation mechanism is provided to keep the receiving tray in parallel with a carrying-out face of the carrying-out passage and lift a carrying-in side of the sheet material on the receiving tray obliquely in accordance with upward travel from the overlapped position at the overlapped position.
