Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose a pollutant floated or dissolved in water to be treated to enhance the quality of the water to be treated and to prevent the generation of moss or a water grass by providing a membrane based on titanium dioxide having photocatalyst reaction function on a sheet high in transparency and having specific gravity lower than that of water.
SOLUTION: A membrane based on titanium dioxide having photocatalyst reaction function containing metal fine particles of Cu, Au, Ag or Zn having excellent antibacterial power against general bacteria or antibacterial fine particles using antibacterial zeolite particles being particles wherein Ag or Cu ions are supported within the skeletal structure of zeolite is provided to a sheet using a resin sheet material high in transparency and having specific gravity lower than that of water. A pollutant floated or dissolved in water to be treated is decomposed to be capable of enhancing the quality of water by this sheet and the generation of moss or a water grass can be prevented and, therefore, water of a fish breeding basin or a water tank can be sufficiently illuminated.
