Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet metal control device capable of surely executing continued intermittent feeding of sheet metal stock to a punch press and causing no defects on the sheet metal even in a high speed intermittent feeding.
CONSTITUTION: On turning a shaft 14 by a motor, a movable disk 21 ascends and executes punching press working together with an anvil 24. A metallic sheet stock 22 drawn out of a roll 89 is given a buffer of feed amount at a valley part 91, is engaged with a finger of a reciprocating driving disk 51 driven synchronously with a shaft 14 by a crank arm 44, and then is fed intermittently. The intermittent feed by the reciprocating driving disk 51 is auxiliarily made also by moving a crank arm 36 by a cylinder 39. The metal sheet sent out after punching press working is cut in a cut-off mechanism 56, is separated by a taking-out means 61 after being held in a prescribed posture by a suction head 77, and then is accumulated in a lower place.
