To provide components made of sheet metal in which the intrusion of a foreign matter from an opening of a louvering part is prevented without adding other components and requiring deformation.

In the made of sheet metal which is formed with a metallic sheet 1 and a louvering part 2 which is formed by making a louver on the metallic sheet and has cut surfaces 3 which are generated by that work, in a portion of the metallic sheet adjacent to the louvering part, drawn parts 5 formed by drawing work are provided, the cut surfaces 4 of the metallic sheet corresponding to the cut surfaces comprise the end parts of the drawn part composed of the cut surface 4 of the metallic sheet corresponding to the cut surface, the end part is composed so as to be lifted from the sheet surface of the metallic sheet by drawing work. The lifting direction of the end part of the drawn part is taken as the same or the opposite direction to the direction of the louvering of the louvering part.
