To provide a pulling-out tool which is effective in a dent on a thick sheet metal and a largish dent and also excellent in operability.

An operating arm 1 having a contacting part 2 which is brought into contact with a sheet metal A in one end part and an operating part 3 in the other end is provided. A pulling-out rod 20 which is movable freely vertically is provided in the intermediate part in the longitudinal direction of the operating arm 1. The pulling-out rod 20 has a welding bit 27 in bottom end part and is provided with a handle 26 for rotationally operating the pulling-out rod in the upper end part. When performing sheet metal working, the contacting part 2 is brought into contact with the sheet metal A and the welding bit 27 is welded to the dent part B. By pulling up the operating part 3 in this state, the operating arm 1 is tilted to a position where the dent part B is pulled out by being bulged slightly upward taking the amount of restitution of the sheet metal A into consideration. After that, the welding bit 27 is cut off from the dent part B by rotating the handle 26.
