PURPOSE: To perforate a sheet paper parallel and perpendicular to the path line of the sheet paper without staining the sheet in a printing line.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet paper 101 from a paper feeder 11 is held by an impression cylinder 21a of No.1 printing section 20a and printed by a rubber cylinder 22a, and the printed sheet is transferred to a transfer cylinder 24a while dried by a UV lamp 31a. Hereafter, sheets which are printed and dried in No.2 printing section 20b, No.3 printing section 20c, and No.4 printing section 20d are held by an impression cylinder 41, given perforations parallel and orthogonal to the path line of the sheet paper 101 by a perforation cylinder 42, and delivered to a pile table 54 through a chain 52 from a delivery cylinder 51.
