To provide a sheet pasting device and a sheet pasting method that can prevent a protected portion protected by attaching an adhesive sheet to an adherend from being contaminated in the next step, etc.SOLUTION: A sheet pasting device EA includes supply means 10 for supplying an adhesive sheet AS and pasting means 20 for overlapping an end part ASF in a supply direction and a rear part ASR in the supply direction of the adhesive sheet AS supplied by the supply means 10 to form an overlapping portion ASP, and pasting the adhesive sheet AS to an adherend WK.
