Abstract:
To provide a sheet peeling device and a peeling method capable of preventing peeling failure in which an adhesive sheet cannot be peeled from an adherend.SOLUTION: A sheet peeling device 10 that includes holding means 20 that sticks a peeling sheet PS on an adhesive sheet AS stuck to an adherend WK and holds the adhesive sheet AS via the peeling sheet PS, and imparts tensile force to the peeling sheet PS stuck to the adhesive sheet AS to peel adhesive sheet AS from the adherend WK. An induction heating adhesive HA heated by an alternating magnetic field to generate adhesion or increase adhesion is provided on the side that is in contact with a counterparty of at least one of the peeling sheet PS and the adhesive sheet AS, and the holding means 20 includes alternating magnetic field application means 25 that applies an alternating magnetic field to the induction heating adhesive HA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
