A sheet post-processing apparatus 100 receives the sheet being a processing object and performs predetermined post-processing on the sheet. The apparatus includes: a sheet holding and moving part 120 for holding the end of the sheet bundle and moving on a curved route; and a staple 110 for binding the sheet bundle which is held and stopped on a predetermined position on the curved route by the holding and moving part 120.
