PURPOSE: To realize the stable post-treatment in the condition where the position of the sheet is fixed by pressing the sheet loaded on a sheet receiving table toward the sheet receiving table from the upper part to control the pressing operation when the specified post-treatment is realized to the sheet by the post-treatment means.
CONSTITUTION: A paper sheet pressing arm 58 provided rearward of a paper sheet receiving table 46 is of the shape where the fore end part is folded in the direction of the paper sheet receiving table 46 over a rear end stopper 50, and this fore end part is turned downward to bring the paper sheet (S) on the paper sheet receiving table 46 into contact with a paper sheet detecting sensor 51 to be pressed. The pressing control is realized by a solenoid 57 provided on the rearend part of the paper sheet pressing arm 58 located lower than a rotary shaft 71. When the solenoid 57 is switched OFF, the paper sheet pressing arm 58 is turned in the direction of B 2 by the energizing force of the spring 59 to release the paper sheet on the paper sheet receiving table 46, while the paper sheet pressing arm 58 is turned in the direction of B to press the paper sheet when the solenoid is switched ON. Thus, the sheet position can be fixed irrespective of the sheet size.
