Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet postprocess device for miniaturization and compactness of a device, having a configuration which includes a sorting mechanism for making a sheet offset by a predetermined amount along the direction orthogonal to transportation during a step of transportation to a process tray and a manual binding mechanism provided to an armor casing.SOLUTION: A transportation roller which nips a sheet at a carrying-in route for transporting a sheet to a sheet exhaust opening from a transportation inlet is attached to a device frame along the direction orthogonal to transportation for positional movement. A movement region along the direction orthogonal to transportation of the transportation roller and a set plane of a slit-like opening where an armor casing is arranged are different planes with a vertical step, for arrangement at stacking positions along the direction orthogonal to sheet discharging.
